The following terms and conditions apply when booking a place at the 15th International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries.
Payment by credit card is the preferred option.
Payment by bank transfer is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
The recording of the conference will be available to registered attendees after the conference, therefore we do not anticipate issuing a refund if you are unable to ‘attend’ the events live. However, refunds may be available in some circumstances. If you need to request a refund, please contact us using email@example.com.
Library Performance measurement CIC is the data controller for the information we collect when you register for the Conference. We collect, store and use your name and email address in order to fulfil our contract with you to provide access to the online conference. We retain this data for a period of one year after the conference in order to include you in post-conference activities. We collect, store and use your organisational affiliation and job title as separate lists (not linked together) as this is key information requested by potential sponsors of future conferences, and it is in our Legitimate Interests to obtain sponsorship to keep attendance costs as low as possible. We keep this information for 5 years after the conference and share only a list of organisations and a list of job titles with potential sponsors – no personal names or contact details.
If you choose to pay by card, Stripe collect personal data in order to process this payment (Stripe Privacy Notice). This personal data is not shared with us. If you choose to pay by invoice, we collect, store and use your data to process your payment, and retain it for as long as is required by legal, accounting and reporting requirements.
We use Ex Ordo as the conference management system which includes programme development and registration. We use Accelevents as the platform which hosts the online conference. Please note this conference will be recorded and shared with delegates.
