Our 2017 conference will take place Monday 31 July – Wednesday 2 August 2017 at Keble College, Oxford. Once again we promise thought-provoking keynotes, a varied programme of papers and micro-papers, a variety of practical workshops, and – of course – the chance to network with library assessment and performance measurement colleagues.
Details of the programme can be found on the programme page.
We have kept the delegate fee the same as the 2015 conference, with an ‘early bird’ rate of £645, if booked before 25th May 2017. The standard rate is £695.
The delegate fee includes full attendance on all three days, B&B accommodation at Keble College for Monday and Tuesday nights, and lunch and refreshments on all three days. The fee also includes the Conference Reception on Monday evening, and the Gala Dinner on Tuesday night.
Booking opened on 1st May 2017 with ‘early bird’ rates available until 6th May 2017.
All bookings must be made online, and we can only accept payment by card. Places are limited to 200 delegates so we advise early registration.
Booking closes on 30 June 2017 at midnight BST. No changes can be made to your booking after this date.
Please note that refunds cannot be provided after booking closes. The last date to request a refund if you are unexpectedly no longer able to attend is 30 June 2017.
The accommodation included is in single en suite bedrooms. An internet access point (not WiFi), tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, linen, towels and toiletries are provided in each room.
With a 9:00am start on Monday morning, we realise that some attendees will want to arrive on Sunday and stay overnight. If you wish to do so, you can pay for Bed & Breakfast accommodation for Sunday 30 July as an addition to your Delegate fee (subject to availability) via the link above.
If you wish to extend your stay beyond the conference (subject to availability), you need to book for the extra nights directly with Keble College via this website: http://www.keble.ox.ac.uk/bed-breakfast
We can accommodate a very small number of accompanying persons in double or twin rooms for an additional charge (subject to availability). This only covers Bed & Breakfast accommodation and attendance on the Conference Reception. It does not include full conference attendance or the Gala Dinner.
Alternative accommodation in Oxford can be found here: http://www.oxfordcity.co.uk/oxford/home_accommodation.html
The Post-Conference Workshop is offered at an additional cost of £150 per delegate. This includes Bed & Breakfast accommodation at Keble College for Wednesday 2 August, the full day’s workshop, all workshop materials, and lunch.
